  • 2 lb chicken wings split and dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder aluminum-free
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss wings with olive oil, baking powder, and seasonings.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer and cook 12 minutes.
  5. Flip wings, increase heat to 400°F, and cook 10–12 more minutes.
  6. Rest briefly, toss with sauce if desired, and serve.

Notes

Use aluminum-free baking powder for best flavor and texture.
