Ingredients
  

  • 2 large yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Slice onions thinly and separate rings.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Toss onions in dry mixture until fully coated.
  4. Drizzle oil over onions and toss lightly.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Cook onions in a single layer for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Continue cooking 5–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.

Notes

Cook in batches for best results and avoid overcrowding.
