Ingredients
  

Crispy Onions
  • 2 yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Slice onions thinly and separate into rings or half-moons.
  2. Whisk flour, breadcrumbs, and spices in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip onions in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket lightly.
  6. Arrange onions in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
  7. Air fry 8 minutes, shake basket, then cook 4–6 more minutes until crispy.

Notes

Cook in batches for best crispiness.
