- Slice onions thinly and separate into rings or half-moons.
- Whisk flour, breadcrumbs, and spices in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl.
- Dip onions in egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket lightly.
- Arrange onions in a single layer and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry 8 minutes, shake basket, then cook 4–6 more minutes until crispy.
