- Slice potatoes into fries and soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F and cook fries for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Prepare breading stations with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Pat fish dry, coat in flour, dip in eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Spray breaded fish lightly with oil spray.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook fish for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve crispy fish and fries with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
Notes
For extra crispy fries, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and cook in batches if needed.
