Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat pork cubes dry with paper towels.
- Toss pork with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a bowl and coat pork cubes evenly.
- Place in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check internal temperature (145°F/63°C) for doneness. Rest 2 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly spray coated pork cubes with cooking oil before air frying.
