Ingredients
  

Salmon Patties
  • 2 cups cooked salmon flaked
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Air fryer
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
  2. Shape mixture into evenly sized patties.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly spray basket and patties with oil.
  5. Air fry patties for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes.
  6. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Serve with lemon aioli, salad, or on buns as salmon burgers.
