  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into fries
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized fries.
  2. Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss fries with olive oil, cornstarch, and seasonings.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with desired dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding and cook in batches.
