Method
 

  1. Cut angel food cake into bite-size cubes.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Toast cake cubes until lightly golden on all sides.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter and toss gently.
  6. Roll warm bites in cinnamon sugar until coated.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Best served warm. Air fry option: 375°F for 5–6 minutes.
