Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
- Cream butter and brown sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients and milk into wet mixture.
- Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 50–60 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, transfer to wire rack, slice, and serve.

Store at room temperature 3–4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
