Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits cut into quarters
  • 42 oz apple pie filling 2 cans
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • caramel sauce for drizzling
  • whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine apple pie filling, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters and fold them into the apple mixture until coated.
  4. Pour into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 35–40 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Top with caramel sauce and whipped cream.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. Pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
