- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine apple pie filling, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and fold them into the apple mixture until coated.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbling.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Top with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
