  • 3 cups apple cider chilled
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale chilled
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 2 star anise optional

Method
 

  1. Chill apple cider and sparkling water or ginger ale before making the drink.
  2. In a pitcher, combine apple cider and sparkling water or ginger ale.

Notes

For extra sweetness, use sparkling apple juice instead of sparkling water. This mocktail is best served cold and fresh.
