Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a springform pan.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake briefly and cool.
  3. Cook apples with sugar and cinnamon until tender.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Pour filling over crust, add apples, and top with crisp mixture.
  6. Bake until set. Cool gradually and refrigerate before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight before slicing.
