Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into baking dish and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over baked crust.
- Toss apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter to form crumble.
- Layer apples over cheesecake, then sprinkle crumble on top.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set. Cool, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Slice and serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
This dessert can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
