Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Apple Crisp Topping
  • 4 apples peeled, cored, diced
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into baking dish and bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture over baked crust.
  5. Toss apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter to form crumble.
  6. Layer apples over cheesecake, then sprinkle crumble on top.
  7. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and set. Cool, then refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  8. Slice and serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
