Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough 13.8 oz
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Apple Topping
  • 2 large apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Crisp Topping
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter cold and cubed
Finishing
  • caramel sauce for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to 12-inch circle and place on sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Toss apples with sugars, spices, lemon juice, and flour.
  5. Spread apple mixture evenly over dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  6. Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter to form crumbs; sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Cool 10 minutes, drizzle with caramel, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Best enjoyed fresh.
