- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough to 12-inch circle and place on sheet.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss apples with sugars, spices, lemon juice, and flour.
- Spread apple mixture evenly over dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter to form crumbs; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool 10 minutes, drizzle with caramel, and serve warm.
Notes
