Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding
  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Apple Layer
  • 3 apples peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
Crumble Topping
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

  1. Whisk chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Cook apples with cinnamon and maple syrup until soft and saucy.
  3. Mix crumble ingredients and bake until golden.
  4. Layer chia pudding, apples, and crumble. Serve chilled or slightly warm.
