Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
  • 1.5 cups apple pie filling chopped
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar for glaze
  • 1 tbsp milk or more as needed
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten biscuits into 4–5 inch circles on a floured surface.
  3. Mix chopped apple pie filling with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in center of each biscuit, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 13–16 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for glaze and drizzle over cooled turnovers.
