Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Slotted spoon
  • Small pan

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt with garlic and salt until smooth.
  2. Gently warm yogurt if desired.
  3. Bring water to a simmer and add vinegar.
  4. Poach eggs for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Melt butter and add paprika and chili flakes.
  6. Spread yogurt on plate and top with eggs.
  7. Drizzle butter over and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread and fresh herbs for best flavor.
