- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Slice or shred cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper; spread inside each croissant.
- Layer chicken, bacon, and cheese; top with croissant lid.
- Brush tops with melted butter and bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and croissants are golden.
- Serve warm with salad, fries, or soup.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for an even quicker prep.
