Method
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
These egg rolls can be baked or air fried for a lighter version. Serve with ranch or chipotle sauce for best flavor.
