Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
Egg Rolls
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg beaten for sealing
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing with beaten egg.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

These egg rolls can be baked or air fried for a lighter version. Serve with ranch or chipotle sauce for best flavor.
