- Preheat oven to 375°F and pre-bake the pie crust for 10 minutes.
- Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and reserve 1 tablespoon of fat.
- Caramelize onions in reserved bacon fat until golden.
- Slice tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, and pat dry.
- Mix mayonnaise, cheeses, salt, pepper, paprika, and basil in a bowl.
- Layer onions, bacon, and tomatoes in crust. Spread cheese mixture on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool before slicing.
