Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving 1-inch edges. Brush inside and top with olive oil.
- Place brie wheel inside hollowed loaf and spoon cranberry sauce over brie. Sprinkle with nuts and herbs if using.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until brie is melted and slightly bubbling.
- Drizzle with honey and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately with sliced bread pieces for dipping.
Notes
Optional: add caramelized onions, pomegranate seeds, or a drizzle of dark chocolate for festive variations.
