- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core to create a hollow center.
- Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine berries, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Spoon the berry mixture into the center of each pear half.
- Drizzle honey and melted butter over the pears.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
- Serve warm with optional yogurt, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Choose firm pears so they hold their shape during baking. Add extra honey if you prefer a sweeter dessert.
