- Butter a large baking dish and add cubed bread.
- Top bread with sliced strawberries and cream cheese cubes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour custard evenly over bread and press gently.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake uncovered 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
