Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 0.75 cup brewed chamomile tea cooled
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Brew chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Add cooled tea, bananas, yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice if desired and blend again.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra thickness, use frozen banana slices.
