Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare springform pan and crust.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in bananas, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Layer filling and banana slices in crust.
- Bake in water bath for 60–70 minutes.
- Cool gradually, refrigerate, top with whipped cream, and garnish before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe bananas and chill overnight before serving.
