- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix bananas, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
- Combine flour, oats, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Cut in butter until crumbly texture forms.
- Sprinkle topping over banana mixture.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving.
