Ingredients
  

Banana Filling
  • 5 ripe bananas sliced
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.66 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold, cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix bananas, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
  4. Combine flour, oats, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Cut in butter until crumbly texture forms.
  6. Sprinkle topping over banana mixture.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream for best flavor.
