Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup buttermilk
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in buttermilk and egg mixture.
  2. Dredge in seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Fry until golden and crispy.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients together.
  5. Toss chicken in sauce.
  6. Serve over rice with vegetables.
