- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in shredded chicken, lemon juice, and sliced green onions. Mix until fully coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns and brush tops with melted butter and sesame seeds.
- Warm buns for 5–7 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Spoon bang bang chicken onto each bun. Add shredded lettuce if desired.
- Top with extra sauce or serve alongside for dipping.

Adjust Sriracha for preferred spice level.
