Ingredients
  

Slider Filling
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Sliders
  • 12-14 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fold in shredded chicken, lemon juice, and sliced green onions. Mix until fully coated.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns and brush tops with melted butter and sesame seeds.
  4. Warm buns for 5–7 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Spoon bang bang chicken onto each bun. Add shredded lettuce if desired.
  6. Top with extra sauce or serve alongside for dipping.

Notes

Adjust Sriracha for preferred spice level.
