Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 lbs salmon fillets skin removed, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet or air fryer
  • Parchment paper
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Pat salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Season salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange salmon on baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes or air fry 8–10 minutes until crispy.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  7. Toss cooked salmon in sauce or drizzle over top.
  8. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice, salad, or as appetizer. Adjust spice level to preference.
