- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 390°F.
- Pat salmon dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Season salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange salmon on baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake 10–12 minutes or air fry 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss cooked salmon in sauce or drizzle over top.
- Garnish and serve immediately.

Serve over rice, salad, or as appetizer. Adjust spice level to preference.
