Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate until smooth.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Add water if needed.
- Spread batter evenly onto baking sheet.
- Bake 15–18 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
- Cut into bat shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Mix icing ingredients and drizzle or brush onto brownies if desired.
Notes
For the cleanest cuts, chill brownies briefly before cutting.
