- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F. Thread chicken onto soaked skewers and brush with half BBQ sauce.
- Grill or bake 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, brushing with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Toss salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, and corn with olive oil and salt.
- Place cooked skewers on salad. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and garnish. Serve immediately.
