Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.75 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Slaw
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Heat shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and spices in a skillet until warmed through.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make slaw dressing.
  3. Toss cabbage and carrots with dressing until coated.
  4. Warm tortillas, assemble chicken and slaw, wrap tightly, and serve.

Notes

Great for meal prep; keep slaw and chicken separate until serving.
