Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 oz penne pasta cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup corn kernels optional
  • 0.5 cup red onion diced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • 9x13 baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Mix cream cheese, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add chicken, pasta, corn, onion, bacon, and cheese to the sauce mixture.
  5. Transfer mixture to casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. Freeze before baking for easy future meals.
