Method
- Cook berries, sugar, and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes. Stir in vanilla and cool.
- Beat mascarpone with sugar and vanilla. Whip cream to soft peaks, then fold into mascarpone.
- Dip ladyfingers in berry syrup and layer in dish.
- Spread half the mascarpone cream and top with fresh berries. Repeat layers.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with berries and mint before serving.
