Ingredients
  

Donut Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
Glaze
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp raspberry puree
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Topping
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  4. Combine mixtures and fold in raspberries.
  5. Fill donut molds and bake 12–15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before glazing.
  7. Prepare glaze and dip donuts.
  8. Top with toasted nuts and serve.

Notes

Use fresh raspberries for best flavor. Toast nuts for extra depth.
