Steak
  • 2 lbs flank steak
Marinade
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate steak for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Grill steak 4–6 minutes per side.
  5. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice against the grain and serve.
