Method
- Toss sliced beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Steam or sauté broccoli until crisp-tender; set aside.
- Heat oil and sear beef until browned, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add sauce and simmer until thickened.
- Add broccoli back in and toss to coat before serving.
Notes
Double the sauce if serving with rice. For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil at the end.
