Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine blue cheese, walnuts, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Lay one sheet of puff pastry on parchment. Spread filling evenly, leaving ½-inch border.
- Place the second pastry sheet on top, press edges to seal.
- Mark a small circle in the center with a glass. Cut 16 strips from the center outward and twist each one twice.
- Brush pastry with egg wash and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with honey or olive oil, sprinkle thyme, and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. You can add caramelized onions or honey drizzle for variation.
