- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into prepared donut pan, filling each cavity 3/4 full.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5–10 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Optional: drizzle with glaze or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days or freeze for up to a month. Add lemon zest or cinnamon for extra flavor.
