Ingredients
  

Jam Base
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp dried culinary lavender

Method
 

  1. Add blueberries to a saucepan over medium heat and cook until juices release.
  2. Lightly mash blueberries to break them down.
  3. Stir in honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and lavender.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and cool slightly before transferring to jars.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender only and avoid overuse to prevent bitterness.
