Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats Base
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats old-fashioned or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries thawed if frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional, for added fiber and texture
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional, for pie flavor
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional, for extra protein

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in blueberries and drizzle maple syrup or honey over the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Divide mixture into jars or airtight containers. Seal and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and top with extra blueberries, a sprinkle of granola, or a dollop of yogurt. Serve chilled.
