Method
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mash half the blueberries to create a puree; leave the rest whole.
- Gently swirl the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or a mini muffin pan, filling each 3/4 full.
- Add whole blueberries or optional toppings as desired.
- Freeze for at least 3–4 hours until fully set.
- Pop the bites out of the molds and serve immediately or store in airtight container.
Notes
Can be customized with other berries or mix-ins; store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
