  • 300 g elbow macaroni
  • 200 g Boursin cheese garlic and herbs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Make roux with butter, garlic, and flour.
  3. Whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
  4. Add Boursin and cheeses until melted.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and bake until golden.

Notes

Add extra milk when reheating to maintain creaminess.
