- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pie crust.
- Blanch broccoli briefly and drain well.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, and seasonings together.
- Layer broccoli, onion mixture, and cheese in crust.
- Pour egg mixture over filling.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
