Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced for garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven broiler to high and place rack 6 inches below the heating element.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. Whisk olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Brush seasoning mixture generously over salmon fillets.
  5. Broil salmon for 7–10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before broiling. Watch carefully while broiling to prevent overcooking.
