Method
- Preheat oven broiler to high and place rack 6 inches below the heating element.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Whisk olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper together.
- Brush seasoning mixture generously over salmon fillets.
- Broil salmon for 7–10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before broiling. Watch carefully while broiling to prevent overcooking.
