- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and shredded provolone. Stir until the cheese melts and the pasta is well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more provolone or top with melted mozzarella before serving.
