Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Flatten a piece of dough, place 1 spoonful of buffalo chicken, a sprinkle of bacon, and 1 cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Fold dough around filling, pinch edges tightly to seal, and roll into a ball. Place seam-side down on prepared sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over tops of dough balls.
- Bake 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ranch dressing or extra buffalo sauce for dipping. For extra spice, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
