Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and ranch until creamy.
- Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles and add 1.5 tbsp filling to each center.
- Seal edges tightly, forming a ball, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with green onions or parsley, and serve with ranch or blue cheese.
Notes
For spicier flavor, add extra buffalo sauce or use pepper jack cheese.
