Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie recommended
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing optional
Dough & Finish
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp green onions or parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar, and ranch until creamy.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles and add 1.5 tbsp filling to each center.
  4. Seal edges tightly, forming a ball, and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with butter mixed with garlic powder.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly, garnish with green onions or parsley, and serve with ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

For spicier flavor, add extra buffalo sauce or use pepper jack cheese.
