Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Whipped Feta
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns toasted
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a bowl mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into four equal burger patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties about 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Toast brioche buns until lightly golden.
  6. Spread whipped feta on the bottom bun.
  7. Add the buffalo chicken patty followed by lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  8. Drizzle extra buffalo sauce, add top bun, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can grill the patties instead of pan frying for a smoky flavor. For extra heat add more buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
