- Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into four equal burger patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties about 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toast brioche buns until lightly golden.
- Spread whipped feta on the bottom bun.
- Add the buffalo chicken patty followed by lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Drizzle extra buffalo sauce, add top bun, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can grill the patties instead of pan frying for a smoky flavor. For extra heat add more buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
