Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, spices, and milk until just combined.
- Form mixture into 1–1.5 inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
- Whisk buffalo sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Toss cooked meatballs in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese and celery sticks.
Notes
Do not overmix chicken mixture. Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing hot sauce.
